Eight ways to play, all of them finished.
Not eight menu entries with one real mode behind them. Each of these was played, measured on a live server and tuned from the numbers it produced — round length, how rounds end, how long players wait between fights.
Search & Destroy
5v5 attack and defence. Per-round economy, buy phase, plant and defuse, side switch at the half. This is the mode the product is built around.
Deathmatch
Free-for-all with a 1.5 second respawn, so you are never out of the fight long enough to get bored.
Gun Game
A new weapon at every rung of the ladder, and a knife kill sends the victim back one. The last rung is the knife itself.
One in the Chamber
One bullet, one life. Every confirmed kill gives the bullet back; a miss leaves you the knife.
Infected
One player starts infected and converts by killing. The infected are tougher but carry only a blade; the survivors have range, and the clock to hold.
Agents
Deathmatch with the full ability set switched on. Dying charges your ultimate too, so the player having the worst round is not also the one locked out of the mode's own feature.
1v1 Duels
A queue, best of three or best of five, and its own separate ELO ladder — so duel skill and team skill are not confused with each other.
Training range
Targets with measured accuracy, a sparring bot you can set to any skill profile, and a parkour course. A place to warm up rather than a menu item.
All eight are on the free server.
Same build, same maps, same bots. Vote for a mode and play it.
