Questions, answered by the developer.

Before you buy

Try the real thing. The Minecraft demo servers and the live Roblox game are free, the documentation is open, and for Practice Core you can ask on the Discord for a trial key to run it on your own server. The demo servers are also where the developer tests, so they can restart or reset.

After you buy

Tactical 5v5 and Practice Core: a BuiltByBit purchase does not reach the licence server by itself. The developer sees the sale and sends you your licence key by hand, so allow a little time rather than an instant email. You then log into the client area with the key and download your build.

Lantern Deep: BuiltByBit sells and delivers it. You download the package from your BuiltByBit account; there is no licence key and no client area.

Updates, refunds and licences

• Updates are free, for life, on every product.
• Support terms are the ones written on each listing.
